It was fast and the interviewer was friendly and approachable. They did gave me a second chance to pass the assessment but i failed. I was having a hard time due to the fact that it was my first time and i have no experience

It was okay. Got a phone call then got invited to do an English language assessment then an interview . It was easy. You get the usual questions in any customer service interview
