I received AMCAT test to complete upon applying the job Once completed, the recruiter will inform you the result and if you have passed the test, you will be called for interview next day. The interview result will be out next day. Easy process

Telephone interview with a recruiter followed by a one stage in person competency based interview with one or more hiring managers. Also a short written and numerical test. Feedback provided the following day by phone call.
