I had a in person interview. After I applied I received a call and they asked me questions about do I know how to use Outlook and Microsoft word. They wanted to do a phone interview to see how you sound on the first. Once I was offered the job I had to do a typing test the next day. But they gave you a link to go practice on. Once I passed the typing test, they then give you the slip to do the drug test.
