Entretien
I filled out an application online on their website. I received an email from their HR division inviting me to attend an open house "online" for current job positions - Work at Home. I attended the open house online and was invited into the room to be interviewed. The HR interviewers were both friendly and approachable. They introduced the positions that were available to us and invited us to become part of their training to be employees of their company. I was not ready to move forward, yet was invited to attend the next open house in the near future and my name was placed into their pool of interested candidates.

Are you ready to work at home and are organized? Do you have a dedicated work space/office in order to do the work required? Are you teachable? Do you have a dedicated computer, monitor and dedicated phone line in order to work for our organization? When can you start training for our current positions?
Received a phone call where they asked several questions, explained the job, and confirmed whether I could provide identification for security checks and verify that I am an Australian citizen.
Initially, there were multiple-choice and written questions in English and about sample customer satisfaction scenarios online. This was followed by a phone interview where I was asked simple questions based on my resume, given information about the working conditions, and explained how to proceed if the process went well. Finally, I had a video interview with the team leader, where detailed questions about the position were asked and dialogues were conducted based on possible scenarios.

Entretien
Phone interview was scheduled quickly, the Senior Talent Acquisition member was friendly and approachable, the Video Interview was informative, especially the tasks involved. I had the same Senior Talent Acquisition member plus one training and she was also friendly.
