It was pretty quick, the recruiter got back to me within a week after the initial call with him. I was followed by a second interview with the hiring manager and two more team members asking behavioral and technical questions. After that I was pretty much ghosted for the following weeks/days after that. If it wasn't for me constantly reaching out to the recruiter for status, I would of never known they had moved forward with another candidate which is something they can improve on imo.
