J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Con Edison
Entretien
Process has been fast thus far. I’m assuming, from reading experiences, it’s because there is a greater need at this moment. Did assessment which was approximately 6 hours with breaks in between. A bit difficult not because the questions were hard but because it was timed & each section you can possibly fail and have to leave. So the pressure of it all makes it hard to concentrate a bit. I passed. Did the interview about a week later. Was about 35-40 mins long with situational questions. Received job offer 2 weeks later. Still have to wait for background check to clear & medical assessment before officially starting to train.

Question 1
Honestly can’t remember because it was so many questions. Just be prepared to answer anything that’s situational. Example: what would you do if… how would you handle … etc
J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Con Edison (New York, NY)
Entretien
The interview was long and in-depth but covered things that seemed like appropriate gauges for the role's expectations. Be prepared to show your best face and customer friendliness. Make it clear that you can separate business from personal.
Interview Process was pretty easy and straight to the point. Questions asked were pretty much scenario based questions. The interview was with two people each asking you one scenario at a time. Wasn’t difficult. Just think before responding and you shall be good.

J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Con Edison (Brooklyn, NY) en août 2024
Entretien
The interview process was pretty lengthy. During the interview, the majority of the questions were scenario related. The other portions were about prior experience with customer service. Certain questions were harder than others, but an overall good experience.
