Entretien
This interview is a 7 hour long interview process.
60 minute initial screening call (HR)
30 minute tech screening call
60 minute online tech challenge
90 minute in person technical interview
60 minute online personality quiz
120 minute in person interview with Executive team
After taking 7 hours of my time to then pass me over, they refused to provide any feedback to help me move forward with my career. Additionally, in the executive team meeting it became clear that they wanted to hear that I coded at work, I coded in my free time, and I coded in my sleep. If you get this far, just tell them what they want to hear - that you live and breathe to do the work they want you to. They even went so far as to imply that since I didn't play an instrument, that math must not come easy to me - and that most of their successful developers played an instrument because it's so metaphysically tied to the same skills as coding. The company has a bit of a cult mentality - their glass door score is high because they exclusively hire people who eat, sleep, and breathe their jobs, which is not the way the world is going and is widely seen as unhealthy in today's day and age.

Pleasant, but long. Lots of interviews with lots of different people to make sure everyone is on board with your fit in the company... They want to make sure they won't regret hiring you and you won't regret agreeing.
4 interviews, but none of them felt very challenging or brutally intense. Everyone, including myself, agreed I was a good cultural fit instantly. I found the technical questions, especially for a senior developer, laughably easy and would have expected something a little more challenging.
Every interview I attended was extremely pleasant and professional and it was clear from everyone I spoke with that they love working there.
