Entretien
I’ve gone through many technical interviews, but my experience with Computools was quite different from the usual. Instead of feeling like I was being tested under pressure, it felt more like a constructive exchange of ideas. The technical stage was thorough: I was asked to solve a couple of algorithmic problems and also discuss real-world scenarios, such as memory management and optimization techniques. What I appreciated the most was that the interviewers listened carefully to my explanations and even challenged me to consider alternative solutions, which made the discussion both engaging and insightful.

One question that stood out was: “Can you describe a situation where you improved the performance of a system or application, and what specific steps you took to achieve that?” I liked this because it allowed me to talk about my actual project experience rather than just theory. By the end of the interview, I had the impression that the company genuinely looks for people who can think critically, not just write code.
