I applied through a recruiter. I had 2 face to face interviews, the first one was with 1 person which involved a test, and the second one was with 2/3 people which involved a programming task.

This available position is from CCS, Sydney. HR called couples of days after applied thru Seek.com, asking for test in the City office. First round interview with team leaders, then second round with team leaders, manager and programmers. Very large company with hard working culture. Very diversified working environment. Co-workers are friendly and helpful.
