First interview was with a partner and an associate. They asked focused questions regarding previous work experience and academic records. They make you sweat a little bit. I heard back about two weeks later and got invited for a second interview during which I got to meet the other attorneys and paralegals, took a written assessment, met the managing partner, and was on my way 3 hours later.
