The interview with Brian Desrosier was awkward at best. I was asked very personal questions, I was told my slicked backed hair and trimmed goatee would intimidate customers, and I was given the impression that it was mostly sales job instead of a tech job. It was a very uncomfortable process and I couldn't wait to leave, truth be told.
