Entretien
The interview process involved a phone screening, four phone interviews, and an onsite interview in which I met with several people on the team and gave a 15 minute presentation over a technical topic of my choosing. I felt like the interview process was very thorough because they want to hire employees that will stay with the company for a long time and be a good fit with the company culture. This process also gave me a chance to make sure the company was a good fit for me and that the role I was applying for would be something I could succeed in and enjoy.

Entretien
The interview process was seamless, structured, and engaging. The entire process consisted of a phone interview with the recruiter, a couple online tests (personality and cognitive ability), a phone interview with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person interview with the hiring manager and some of the leadership from the company. Part of the in-person interview was giving a presentation on a technical topic for a non-technical audience. Shortly after the in-person interview, the recruiter reached out to me with an offer.
