One telephonic round and in-person round with the Corporate Recruiter, then In-person with the manaher and then VP . In the HR round, they just try to anayse your communication skills and ask basic questions. The manager's interview is the main part. There each and everything regarding your BG, education and even family will b discussed in detail. The VP round just invloves general introduction and questions lik why you want to join this organisation.

They generally takes 3 rounds of interview including one telephonic, 1 in person & the last one is HR call.
They asked general questions about my profile and experience & expectations in brief for the 1st round. Then for the 2nd round they called me in person to know more about my worth to the company and then after HR round they took 3 weeks of time to finalize the start date and few pending things.
