It's a joke. Walked in the building they asked a bunch of easy questions, that anybody would be fully capable of doing. Told you the basic rules around there and made sure their expectations were clear. Gave you a few available positions and let you choose. And said we're all about communication. Even though they aren't.
CompuNet Clinical Laboratories offers a Phlebotomy School periodically for individuals to learn a new skill and work at CompuNet. Initial interviews are to identify the likes of possible future employees. Once the individual passes the training certification, they receive further training specific to the area that they will be working within.

Hiring process was long, but easy. I first met with a general member of hr then my team leader for a 2nd interview a couple of weeks later. She spoke with me for about an hour then let me leave. The 1st woman I interviewed with originally called me in a few weeks time to offer me the position.
