Quite rigorous and logical...They are looking for best minds.Loads and loads of puzzles which test ur mind thoroughly.Know ur resume well.Job description should be known.
You should also know concepts of programming and hr round consists of puzzles as well.
All in all may not be best wid tech skills bur shud b logical .
