First stage interview was a technical and involved 2 members of the M&A team and questions. Second stage interview was with 2 more senior members of the M&A team was a mix of competency and technical based. Final stage interview would have been a technical / fit based interview with an actuary within the team and a HR representative, however I withdrew due to receiving another offer.

I talked with someone in the recruitment department and he arranged for an interview after having initial word with me about the job role. It was quite straightforward. It took place on Microsoft Team.
