Applied online and then had a face to face interview with a maths test which you have 15 minutes to complete. It was fairly easy and I was offered the job 5 minutes after I left the interview however I rejected as I decided it wasn’t for me and the employee interviewing me became very unprofessional during this phone call, he questioned my decision and referred to it as ‘maddness’. I made my decision based on having to pay rent and bills and that I had been told in the interview the company could deduct from your salary if you did not achieve targets which I can not afford to risk so I found being spoken down to like this very insulting. After being spoken to like this it made me even more certain about my decision to decline. I can only assume staff turnover is extremely high based on how quickly I was offered the job.
