No personal interview prior to in-office assignment. I was scheduled an interview without being told it's a 3 hours long assignment, thankfully I asked before confirming the date and was able to clear my schedule. The in-office assignment takes 3-4 hours and is done in a room with other candidates, in a section of the office which is separated from the company's employees.
