The interview process was thorough and intentional. I met with multiple members of the senior leadership team over the course of a few months and had the opportunity to ask extensive questions and really get a feel for the organization's business, people, and culture during that time. I met with each senior leader in a one-on-one face-to-face environment and felt very welcomed at each meeting.
