Initial interview was over the phone. Second Interview was conducted on line. The process was easy and comfortable. All my questions were answered. The interviewer was very informative. Described the position and what was expected accurately.

Explained the job to me,,payscale, traveling, the companies goals and there are mangers that take care of the entertainment part of the events and they a generally the leads in contact with the clients at all times and then there are Chef Managers that take care of all the food and beverage services..
