The full process is online. They contact you through email and text message and they send the link to upload the video of you answering the interview questions. Then they send the email that they will contact you after reviewing.

My interview process with Compass Group was highly positive. They were professional and approachable, asking thoughtful questions and providing clear insights about the role and company culture. Although the interview process was swift I felt like it covered all required grounds.

Q: Can you give me an example of one of your heroes and why?
It was an onsite interview, face to face, questions about previous experience were asked, only 2 rounds were conducted.
It was quite straight forward and the roles were discussed .
simple, short and easy. More to know about you, your availability and future plans than your experience necessarily. After the interview you are taken through some training modules which can take a day or so to go through
