Very quick. Applied online and was called to an interview within 3 days. Interview was quick and easy, mainly asking questions about your team work and customer service skills. Was told the next day that I was successful and invited for training/induction 2 days later. overall quick, straightforward process.

Applied online. Called in for an interview which involved basic competency questions. Interview lasted 15-20 minutes and there was only 1 interviewer for me. Interviewer was friendly and made the me feel very comfortable.
