I submitted my application on the company website then had a phone interview. After that I was invited to come in to have a one on one interview with the Manager. I waited about 2 weeks to hear back and was offered the position via email.

Interview process was a lot of talking about ourselves. Casual, so they could get a good sense of your personality. I met with the Director and then I met with the rest of the managing staff. They told me it would take about a week and that was accurate.
