Recruiter reached out and set up an initial phone screen followed by 7 hours of virtual on-site with design, engineering and someone from the product team . none of the questions related to product and were haphazard behavioural questions .Anyways endured through them only to be eventually be reached out by recruiter saying that you could not score well on The PM part of the interview . Total waste of time and extremely Unsure interviewers .

What I appreciated most about this process was that I had ample time to speak with various people at the company to make my decision -- this is atypical in my experience. Most places create some false deadline and pretense, and this was not the case at Compass at all. I was very impressed by this and the interview experience overall.
