The process was fairly intense. I had 4 interviews overall, but I think only 3 are normal. First interview was a 20 minute conversation with a recruiter. They were more interested in telling me about the interview process, job, and company more than asking me questions. Told me salary range and asked if it was in line with my expectations. Second interview(s) were 3, 30 minute interviews back to back with the hiring manager, a team lead/member, and a partnering department lead. Asked general and job specific questions. Everyone was very nice and conversational. Overall was very stressful as I felt I was repeating myself. Took a lot of focus and effort. 3rd interview was a 10 minute powerpoint presentation to a prompt they sent me. I had 3 days to put together a marketing and branding plan and present to the same 3 interviewers. They asked a few questions afterwards. The last interview was a brief in person interview to see if I could interact in person as well as virtually. I was told this was not in the normal interviewing process.

Too many interviews, with too many people. The process was very long, lasted about 2 months. Did not make it to the final round which was a case-study and panel presentation in-office.
