Phone screen, call with the hiring manager, task, panel presentation, 1:1 interviews
I loved working with the recruiter Connor, he was prompt with the updates and gave me pointers about what to expect. He was just a happy person to talk to.
The entire team was great and I really wanted to be a part of this team. Unfortunately, I wasn't selected for further interviews I would highly recommend this company for any PM.
Connor (recruiter) did offer to have a 30 minutes conversation to discuss about the feedback, I denied as I knew what went wrong.

They scheduled an interview very enthusiastically after reaching out to me on Linkedin, but nobody turned up to interview. Even the HRs who scheduled it went mute. Seemed a very unprofessional org, so dropped out of the process.

Entretien
The interview process took one month from start to finish. The three rounds were pretty standard, with mostly behavioral questions throughout. I was also kept well informed by the recruiting team as I went through the interview process.

Entretien
There were no timely updates from the HR team around the next rounds of interviews. I had to chase them to get a confirmation if I have been shortlisted for the next round. Despite following up, I haven't received any update from the team. If I was not being considered for next round, the team should have informed me. This is the least to be expected from a company such as Compass.
