I was called for a phone interview and then 2 in person interviews with 4 people each time. Then I was asked to have a 4th round interview with a person I had already spoken with. When I gave my availability and followed up twice I finally recieved an email that they were changing the role and I was no longer being considered. Either they were lying and just selected a different candidate (which is what it is) or they have no idea what there structure of the company should be and are making it up as they go along.
