I applied online through Glassdoor and heard a response the next day and entered my availability. The recruiter than created an appointment date for the phone interview which was two days later, and I confirmed the appointment.
Day of the interview, the interviewer never calls and I send a follow up email, to not have heard back yet. I don’t know what the point was in reaching out to me only to not follow up.
Very long and drawn out interview process; staff was friendly and approachable. Multiple rounds with HR, team members across departments spanning months for the full recruiting process. Culminated in a project with panel presentation

What are some of the day to day functions in your current role?

Very involved interview process- phone screen with HR, multiple rounds with managers, and then 2 additional panel interviews. Then moved forward and asked to create a presentation based on a case study. The specific conversations I had were great, but overall the entire process was more involved than necessary. Perhaps the company is just doing their due diligence, but the job was relisted multiple times throughout the process and after all of this time and effort no one even bothered to tell me they were moving in a different direction until I relayed that I had received another offer.
