The process is very fast and smooth, it takes 2-3 weeks in total and everyone is extremely friendly. There are 3 interviews, first one is a cultural fit call with HR, which is more general and get-to-know you. Second call is with a Chief Vertical Officer and third with a Team Lead. These calls are more role-focused, asking questions about your previous experience and how you would handle specific situations in your new position.
