The first round interview was very organized and also relatively technical. The recruiter was very knowledgeable and came from a computer science background. There was a lot of emphasis on the culture being very demanding, having long hours and in-person everyday.
Steps consisted of recruiter, VP of Ops, SQL assessment, Take Home case study, then final round is a presentation of the case study. Got to the final round and was ghosted after final round which was unprofessional.
