​​I was interviewed in person after a group session that provided more information about the program and mentorship work. The interviewer was a senior mentor in the program, and the atmosphere was formal but comfortable.

A sit down interview regarding motivation and experience in mentoring immigrant and refugee students. After the interview there is a background check, and if the role is offered there is training for mentoring and teaching.
