Application - got an auto-email and then heard back from a recruiter Hiring Manager Interview - 1:1, done over Zoom (I lived out of state) Panel Interview with Nurses from the Team - was able to do over the phone, panelists asked easy questions.

Tell me about a time that you had to interact with a difficult colleague resolved it.
Was about 15 mins and virtual and the manager spent time getting to know me. We talked more about the floor I would be working on and required holidays and schedules.

2 interviews was a long process, HR contacted first. Panel of peers interviewed. Not real friendly or helpful in offering information. Interview had the traditional, boring questions. Applied in I deed.
