Interviewed by two people and took an assessment test to determine my mathematical skills to place in the correct position with the Credit Union. Asked questions about previous finance skills and experience in addition to why I was looking to change the current industry I was working in. Also got asked basic interview questions such as great weakness and tell me about yourself.
