Had an open house interview. HR manager gave an overview of the organization, had you fill out interview application then each person there was briefly interviewed by a worker in the organization. Was told if they wanted to do another interview they would call you. Was told they would contact either way usually within a week of this interview. It's been almost a month and haven't had any correspondence since.

Very thorough, asked questions that I was prepared for. My experience helped me with the interview process. Be transparent. Be prepared to ask questions and answer questions. There were 2 people in the interview process

It went well, I was asked the usual interview questions, and had a decent conversation afterwards. Moreover, was able to set up a second interview after the first. The process was fairly simple and the staff at CIS were very helpful and kind.
