The hiring and interview process was all in the same moment. The interviewer I met was going to be my boss. They told me what the company was all about and their mission statement. They said I was going to be helping them in the marketing department. Then their only questions to hire me was "Do you know how to do Microsoft word and excel?", litterly that was the only question they asked. I said yes and they hired me on the spot.
