This was a pretty weird interview. The HR Manager would ask a question and answer it for me. If he did not answer it for me then he would assume my answer was not what I wanted to say, then respond with "Are you sure?" I attempted to hand him my references and he basically said he did not want them. The interview was quick and rushed.
