The interview was very well structured. Initial screening was done over the phone followed by a 1 on 1 Zoom. The interviewers made expectations very clear and did not leave any grey areas. The final interview gave me the opportunity to take a behavioral assessment which provided resourceful feedback and talking points. I also designed and presented a case study which I found to be very unique. Interview followups were consistent and clear.
