CCA mostly ask based on your experience and Job role description. Interview consist of an HR round, 2 technical rounds. They give more weightage to Referrals. Interview is generally on call and technical rounds are on VC.

I don't think management is all there. Kept referring to Azure C#... there is no such thing as Azure C#. It is .net. Yes, you can publish Azure functions written in C# (again, part of .net) but there is not Azure specific. Then rush, rush, rush... not good. What was being asked about was not vlear and concise. Even if i am a offered a position, i very likely will not accept.
