Nurse Residency interview was friendly and open. Two separate 6-1 interviews via zoom with managers from all units present. Offer was sent out the same day. You are able to receive multiple offers for different units.

New grad ICU interview. Very quick as I worked as a tech in that department. Not scenario based, more wanted to get to know me more. More personality. Questions were very generalized.

45 minute interview, mostly situational stuff (tell me about a time you had a disagreement with a coworker, you sensed a patient was going downhill, etc). One interview with managers then was called that week with an offer.
