Phone interview. I was asked informational questions in the beginning such as shift preferences and how I found out about the position, three behavioral questions, and if I had any questions for them.

Interview with floor manager. Received call from recruiter for screening. Scheduled interview for desired floor. Conducted interview in managers office. Manager and supervisor were present. Interview lasted approximately 15 minutes.

it has been going well. everyone has been very helpful. Can't wait to start. Seem like Centura really cares about their employees. The benefits are really good. Am looking for long term. Glad to be onboard.
