They called me to do a screener/HR type interview, then I was scheduled for a virtual interview discussing my qualifications for the role and my experience in this field with the prospective team members.

Entretien
I applied online and then was contacted by the hiring manager via email about 2 weeks later. After an initial phone screen, I set up a time to come in to the office for a formal, in-person interview. The onsite interview consisted of 3 people (including the hiring manager I initially interviewed with) and the entire process took about 2 hours. The questions they were asking were mostly based on skill sets and they essentially just went though my resume experience and asked the same set of questions for each role I had. The process was a bit disorganized and the hiring manager (she was new at the time) seemed to be a bit confused during the process and it was noticed by myself and the other interviewers. The frustrating part was after waiting a couple weeks and reaching out to her to thank her and follow-up, the hiring manager said they were a bit behind with making a decision due to the holidays but they would reach back out to me in the following week. I did not hear anything and after another 2 weeks I reached back out and never got a response. I understand the busy aspect of a company but it is still important to maintain a professional atmosphere throughout the entire interview process, regardless of the outcome.
