I was interviewed by a managing director and he started the interview by asking to describe how my current role will be relevant to the role I am applying for. He ask me to describe my sales process and how I go about making recommendations to clients. 2/3 of the clients are schools and endowment fund. The role entails meeting with CFO and members of the investment committee, making presentations and meetings

There was nothing unexpected, he was a little low key but wanted to know if I understand the products retail vs. institutions, and if the products that I recommend are discretionary or non-discretionary, and at the end ask me if I was still interested
