I went through multiple rounds of interviews w/ the Director & a few other people which took over a month to get through. When I was in the final round I ended up thinking things were moving forward but never heard back after contacting the ED several times. I even contacted a person I interviewed w/ who is in the DC office. I couldn't believe that after all this time & effort I was getting the runaround. I never heard back on what happened. Super unprofessional, if you decide on another candidate or something else happens it's just common courtesy to let people know.
