There was a 30 minute phone screen to talk about the role, with one question about HTTP. Then there 4 hour on-site interview, with a code sample presentation, and 3 one-hour sections on design and coding questions.

The round table of an all male panel was immediately intimidating. There was no attempt at eye contact or reactions to any of my responses. Overall, I didn't feel comfortable during my interview.
