The process consisted of 2 rounds of interviews and filling out a fairly long “core values” reflection document on the front end. The process lasted 2-3 months - I interviewed with the potential team and a few others around the org.

Entretien
5 rounds of mostly the same questions but with different people. Based on your role, you might be asked to perform a competency interview. Process took an extremely long time (several months). Do not counter-I declined and countered with a request for a salary range that was slightly above the offer and asked to move my start date back one week. I also asked if I can use vacation for a planned trip. For a company that promotes "best place to work for working parents" it seems like they were put off with my counter. Hiring manager did not call to discuss after she said she would. I was eventually ghosted.
