Took about 2 weeks total. HR for this company is notorious for moving slow and taking their time. Was supposed to have three interviews, but only had two. First interview was with an HR rep, then the branch manager, and finally 3rd one was supposed to be with Area Manager.

Interview questions were straight out of some scripted book Tell me a little bit about yourself? Why do you want this position? Tell me about a difficult situation with a customer and how you handle it.
