It is an on campus selection.Overall process was very thorough consisting of 1 written( technical) round and 2 1:1 interview. Both the interviewers were very encouraging and the interviewing atmosphere was very comfortable.

I applied through college.I am a ECE Mtech student. First round was the online test which consisted of 4 sections: Section 1: Aptitude: focus on probability and permutation and combination (tough) Section 2: C and C++ questions (prepare C++ from balagurusamy book and C from yaswant kanetkar for c) Section 3: Networking questions and few questions from communication Section 4: Operating Systems Second round was HR cum technical round. Interviewer was very nice and my interview took around 45 minutes long.He asked me to first explain my project and then asked whether I have visited their site or not and i have seen on their site. Next he asked me about my programming knowledge. Being from ECE background I knew C and C++ and basics from java. So he asked me to rate myself on a scale of 5 in each of them. Then he asked about some Networking questions. Finally he ended up with situation type questions and also asked me about my job experience in previous company and some hr types questions. Unlike others he didn't ask me programming questions but just asked which language you would like to choose and why.
