El proceso fue muy rápido . Me llamaron por teléfono e inmediatamente me explicaron en qué consistía el trabajo. En ese mismo momento me hicieron algunas preguntas sobre mi experiencia laboral y sobre mi. y luego se programó otra llamada para hacer una dinámica de prueba para ver como era el desempeño haciendo una llamada en frío para captar clientes.

They called and asked about my work permit, residence status and where I live, if I'm able to go to work, and how long I am planning to stay in France. I think the first interview was mostly to check if I speak English and communicate well.

Waste of time and no decency. I passed the interview and they offered me the job, I sent them all my data and they gave me a day to start training.
I quit my job to start this one with two weeks notice. A week before I was to start the training they tell me the training had been canceled and they don’t know when the next one will be “it could be a month or more” - I never heard from them again.
I had to beg for my job back at the previous place with my tail between my legs. These people would have left me unemployed! With no income. Unprofessional company!!!
