I spent a total of 4 hours researching and following the steps of the hire process. I got to the phone screen step, to which I cancelled plans to attend. Only for them to hang up on me 3 minutes in, they only called me to tell me I wasn’t of interest because they didn’t qualify my sales experience as the appropriate kind. Seemed like they could’ve avoided wasting my time and sent that in an email.

Online assessment and mock work exercise. If you pass, then a phone screen with recruiter followed by a panel interview. The panel interview was very amateurish. They ripped off a bunch of scripted questions and then we were done. The only contribution from one of them was when she showed up 10 minutes late just to tell me this is not a traditional work from home job so I better not be doing my laundry all day. The experience was textbook on lack of self awareness.
