ridiculous, sales pitch feel. they have you watch a stupid video, then sit in a crowded room and wait your turn for a 3 minute interview. The managers all sit around and watch how you interact with the others. I have never felt so uncomfortable. Then you go home and wait and wait for them to call...or not call.
Great, easy so far seem to have multiple interviews. First with a recruiter, then the second with management. Both have been via video call. the time between the first and second interview was about a week.

You fill out an application. Then you take an online assessment. Then they call you for a video interview over Microsoft Teams. Then they say you are a good fit and will try to get you in for a specific position, promising to fast track you once it becomes available, saying it definitely will, keeping you on the hook for over a month, then ghost you.

The Interview process takes a very long time and from personal experience took two months in total. From the 1st interview to getting a call with an offer to accepting the position.
